Day Off
I (Eric) had the day off today. I’m trying to use up some of my 20+ vacation days and today seemed like as good a day as any. I wish I could say it was as exciting as my man Ferris’ infamous day off, but there were no sports cars, no crazed principals, and definitely no singing in the streets.

First of all, how cool is this guy’s job? A “human-behavior researcher”? Love it.
Second of all, this article reinforces the notion that we must know (love?) our users. The only way to know users is to get out there and meet them. Curiosity killls cats, but it saves companies.
